Last evening (February 2, 2009) at 4:00PM the power to my house and our subdivision was restored thanks to the combined efforts of Georgia Power and Alabama Power.

I enjoy swimming in natural waters. I detest the feeling of slick, slimy seaweed grasping at my ankles. It makes me cringe. In shallow waters, it is worse. The deeper I swim out, the less chance of seaweed growing that close to the surface.
